Thirty days, with one honest exception.
Unopened goods come back for any reason. Light-sensitive stock cannot.
What we take back
Any unopened, unused item in its original packaging, within 30 days of delivery, for any reason at all. Email us for a return authorisation first so the parcel can be matched to your order when it arrives.
If the return is because something was faulty, mis-picked or damaged, we pay the return shipping and refund in full. If you simply changed your mind, the return shipping is yours and we refund the goods.
What we cannot take back
Light-sensitive stock — paper and film — is final sale once the light-tight seal or inner bag has been opened. We have no way to know whether an opened box has been fogged, and we will not resell stock we cannot vouch for. Unopened boxes are returnable as normal.
Opened chemistry cannot be returned, for the same reason and because carriers will not accept it. If a bottle arrives leaking or short, photograph it and we will replace it.
If a product is genuinely defective, none of the above applies — tell us and we will make it right, opened or not.
How a refund runs
Once the return reaches us and is checked, the refund is issued to the original payment method. We process it within three to five business days of receipt; how long it then takes to appear is set by your card issuer, usually a further three to ten days.
