Terms and conditions of sale.

1. Who you are contracting with

contrastgoods.store is operated by Contrast Sciences LLC, a limited liability company registered in Missouri, with its registered address at 13007 13th St, Grandview, MO 64030. In these terms “we” and “us” mean Contrast Sciences LLC.

2. Orders

An order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you place the order or receive an order acknowledgement. We may decline an order, in which case any amount taken is refunded in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping, which is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken at the time of order by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover. If a price is listed in obvious error we will tell you before dispatch and you may cancel.

4. Delivery and risk

We ship within the United States only. Estimated transit times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery.

5. Returns

Our returns policy forms part of these terms. In short: 30 days on unopened goods, and opened light-sensitive stock and opened chemistry cannot be returned for safety and product-integrity reasons. Nothing in these terms limits your rights in respect of goods that are faulty or not as described.

6. Safe use of chemistry

Photographic chemistry is sold for photographic processing only. It is not for food or beverage use. Read the handling information supplied with the product, mix and use in a ventilated space, wear appropriate gloves and eye protection, keep it away from children, and dispose of exhausted solutions in line with your local regulations. You are responsible for safe use and lawful disposal.

7. Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost work or lost images. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Intellectual property

All text, photography and design on this site belong to us and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, and the courts of Missouri have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order.
